Our uniformed driver will meet you at the designated terminal parking drop-off zone. Clear and detailed meeting instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email to ensure a seamless hand over. We chose to use the short stay parkiing drop off zone as it allows our customers up to 30 minutes to handover or collect their car, rather than being rushed using the Forecourt Zones that only allow 10 minutes.
We monitor all incoming flights via online tracking systems. Just call us when you land and we will ensure your vehicle will be ready for collection regardless of any delays, at no extra cost to you.
Absolutely. Silver Fox Parking ensures all vehicles are fully insured whilst being driven by our drivers and whilst at our secure parking facility.
You can easily modify or update your booking through our online management portal. Alternatively, our 24/7 customer support team is available via phone or email to assist with any changes. If you wish to cancel your booking we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

Yes, Gatwick Aiport charge a £10 fee to use the designated drop-off zones in the North and South Terminals which must be paid by midnight the day after you use the zones. We chose to use the short stay parkiing drop off area as it allows our customers up to 30 minutes to handover or collect their car, rather than being rushed using the Forecourt Zones that only allow 10 minutes. Currently the car park charge is £8. We will pay this on your behalf so you do not need to worry whilst away on your trip.
